Denzel Washington, T.I, and Common filmed scenes for “American Gangster” in Harlem, NY last week. The film is based on the rise and fall of drug lord Frank Lucas (played by Washington) a key player in the heroin trade during the 1970s in Harlem. “American Gangsta” is slated for release in November of 2007.
