Ciara celebrated her 21st birthday (Oct.25) @ Marquee in Manhattan. Just in case you all have not seen it, her video for her new single Promise premiered on Access Granted last night. Ciara is now what I refer to as a combo meal # 2, because she is like Aaliyah + Janet Jackson.
