The woman tells, "T.I. was in the parking lot of an Atlanta club with a few of his friends and they were smoking something out of a pipe ... at first I thought that it was [marijuana] but then I thought, why is this [EXPLETIVE] smoking out of a pipe." Then, according to the woman, T.I. began to act oddly. The woman explains, "after they finished smoking, me and a couple of my friends tried to talk to T.I. ... he wouldn't talk, he just started yelling out some crazy [EXPLETIVE] and then he started playing with his sidekick over and over - I think he even broke it." The woman added, "T.I. looked like he was tweaking - and my uncle is on crystal meth so I know what it looks like." Tweaking, or engaging in repetitive behavior, is a common side effect of meth use.

DMX "rapist" speaks......

Monique Wayne, aka DMX's other baby mother, is feautured in the December issue of Sister to Sister Magazine . Wayne is now suing DMX for statements made in a past issues of Sister to Sister Magazine. Wayne says she never stalked or raped DMX. Since ,she is the only mother of his child in the D.C. Metro area. She feels his statements put her under great stress and hurt her character according to S2S. She claims DMX told her that he was married after a long lustful weekend that started after meeting each other at club DREAM in the VIP section. Apparently DMX is 5 months behind in child support & Wayne wants DMX to pay up...

Umm you can chalk that up as a loss boo-boo you can't even get child support from him how the hell you think you can get something from a lawsuit
