(Shreveport Times) Shots were fired overnight at Greenwood Mayor Ernest Lampkins' house.He was asleep just after midnight when he was awakened by an alarm, Lampkins told The Times. As he rose to turn it off, his alarm service called to tell him to check his house windows. That was when his wife pointed out that a window had been shot out.Authorities found two shotgun shell casings, apparently 12 gauge, in front of the house. Lampkins, Greenwood's first black mayor, said there are eight to 10 people in the fast-growing town who oppose everything he does. “They’re really anti-administration. They are not team players. They are citizens who have a vendetta. It could be I’m black or the fact that I defeated the acting mayor"
