Shaq and Shaunie are selling their Star Island mansion for $35 million. According to the mortgage calculator if I put down $7 million my mortagage payment will be 173,000 month. No doubt I'll have to sell a lot of ass for that...............(I'm just kidding)
Shaq and his wife Shaunie paid $19 million in 2004 for the Mediterranean style mansion. The home was listed in 2005 but it was taken off the market. The home is now re-listed at almost double it's original purchase price. Property taxes are a little over $500,000 a year
