According to TMZ, Usher knew exactly when to say when during a New Year's Eve party in Vegas -- right when his buddy Jamie Foxx tried to peer pressure him into taking a shot of booze on stage. Though Jamie had no problem shooting his back (while fisting a bottle of Dom in the other hand), Usher politely declined and passed his off to the hottie standing to his left.
He is such a puss...........
