The cast of Dreamgirls will make an appearance on Oprah today (4pm eastern time)

Anyone who is a Beyonce fan knows that she alway aspired to be the first black woman to receive a Grammy, a Tony and an Oscar. She even hinted that Dreamgirls might have been her chance to get closer to that dream. The movie is already receiving standing ovations and Oscar mentions from various attendees @ limited screenings of the film but, when it comes to Oscar predictions Bee is not even mentioned.......Seems like all eyes are on the top representer for "cute in the face thick in the waist" ....the lovely and talented Miss Jennifer Hudson

Entertainment Weekly believes Jennifer's a shoo-in for a Best Supporting Actress nod, and New York Times reporter David Carr flat out says that Hudson "steals the show." Even Oprah called up the songstress and told her it was a "transcendent performance."
Guess us mere mortals will have to wait til 12/25/06 to see when the movie is released
