(MTV NEWS) Beyonce was forced to pull the plug on the re-release of her recent solo album B'Day. A lawsuit filed last week by singer Des'ree alleged copyright infringement over the song "I'm Kissing You". Beyonce told MTV News the song wasn't originally intended for release and that she had just recorded it because "she always loved it". Columbia and Sony have agreed to engage in no further distribution of the album or video anthology with the song in question, at least until a preliminary injunction hearing hearing May 4.
Bee, I know you loved the song but you can't just jack nobody's 'ish like that boo-boo, personally, I liked the original version by Des'ree better......you be the judge
