Lindsay Lohan was spotted stumbling out of Teddy's in L.A. and passed out in her car...Then she was "cited" for a DUI on Saturday. This chick even had cocaine in the car ... I wonder if Eve would have just been cited if she had some cocaine in the car? Doubt it, they would have hauled her black a!! straight to the pen. Oh to be young rich and WHITE.
